Shipping Policy

At Jahanpanah Studio, we take great care in ensuring that your orders are processed, packaged, and delivered with the highest levels of efficiency and reliability. Our aim is to provide a seamless shopping experience from the moment you place your order until it reaches your doorstep.

We offer two types of order fulfillment based on the product category: Ready-to-Ship Products and Custom Orders.


1. Ready-to-Ship Products

If you order a product that is already in stock and does not require any customization or tailoring, it is considered a Ready-to-Ship item. These products are typically packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.

Once shipped, delivery generally takes 3 to 4 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner serviceability. Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical delays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS along with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real time.


2. Custom or Made-to-Order Products

For customers who opt for custom tailoring, personalized designs, or made-to-order ethnic wear, a longer processing time is required. These pieces are crafted with care, precision, and attention to detail, which makes them truly unique.

The processing time for custom orders is generally 10 to 15 business days before shipping. In certain situations, such as high-demand periods, intricate customization, or unexpected supply delays, the processing and shipping timeline may extend to 20 days. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we ensure that the final product meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Once your custom product is ready and dispatched, standard delivery timelines apply—typically 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.

  • We ship through reliable and trusted courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders.

  • Customers are advised to double-check their shipping address and contact details at the time of placing the order. Jahanpanah Studio is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

  • If your delivery is delayed beyond the standard timeline, please feel free to contact our customer support team for an update or resolution.

  • We currently ship to locations across India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team before placing your order.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an update with the tracking number and courier details. You can use this information to track your shipment via the courier’s website or tracking portal.
