No Return & Exchange Policy
At Jahanpanah Studio, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our ethnic wear. Each product is made with attention to detail and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as size issues, change of mind, or personal preferences.
Custom Orders
Please note that all customized products (including made-to-order sizes, alterations, or personalized designs) are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances once delivered. We craft each custom piece specifically for you, which is why it cannot be resold or reused.
Additionally, for all custom orders, 100% advance payment is required at the time of placing the order. We will begin production only after the full payment is received. Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Exchange for Defective or Incorrect Products
Exchanges are only applicable in the rare case of a defect or an error on our part—such as receiving the wrong item, incorrect size (not as ordered), or a damaged product. To be eligible for an exchange:

Send clear photos of the issue via email or WhatsApp.

Once verified, we will initiate the exchange process promptly.
Products must be unused, with tags intact, and returned in original packaging for the exchange to be accepted.
