For Custom Orders:

If you place an order for a custom-made or personalized product, please note that production takes time. These items are handcrafted with care and attention to detail. As a result, custom orders are usually shipped within 10–15 days. In some cases, depending on the complexity or order volume, shipping may take up to 20 days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor the delivery status. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at the time of order.
