Exchange Policy
- We offer a 14-day exchange window from the date of delivery.
- Products eligible for exchange must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Exchanges requested after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Return Policy
- We currently do not offer returns on orders once delivered.
- Customers may request an exchange only, subject to eligibility conditions mentioned above.
Exchange Shipping Charges
- In case the customer receives a wrong product, the company will bear all exchange shipping charges.
- For size-related exchanges or customer preference changes, the customer will be responsible for the applicable exchange shipping charges.
Refund Policy
- Refunds, if approved under exceptional circumstances, will be processed to the original mode of payment.
- Please allow 7–10 working days for the refund amount to reflect after approval and processing.
Important Notes
- Products failing quality checks during exchange pickup may not qualify for exchange.
- Slight delays in exchange processing may occur due to logistics, weather conditions, or unforeseen operational issues.
